Job Description
- Transformation of applications from legacy technologies to Java-based technologies
- Understand application modernization requirements
- Development of applications using framework like Spring, Struts, JSF, Hibernate, etc
- Troubleshoot and resolve Java based applications issues
- Develop and maintain JUnit tests
- Work with peers to assist with resolutions
Job Requirement
- Java/JEE, Spring, Struts/JSF, Hibernate, JDBC, HTML, CSS,
- JavaScript, AJAX, JUnit Web application development experience
- Good knowledge of databases like Oracle/DB2/MySQL
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Desirable Skills:
- Java Certification Knowledge of legacy technologies like mainframe, etc
- Knowledge of Unix, shell scripts Exposure to cloud and virtual environments
