Will be a contract employee (Genius Associate)

Has worked in a UK/ Europe/ US process before (Recruitment process) Mandatory

Good Understanding of UK & European market. (Preferred to have experience in UK contract hiring)

Excellent Sourcing skills & Technical skills (As it will beniche level requirements)

Familiar with global job portals, Linked In , Latest trends in sourcing.

Excellent communication (As this will require a lot of interaction with UK Nationals and also the Project Managers & Clients)

Good negotiation skills.

Can start as early as possible.

Prior experience in overseas/offshore Recruitment is a MUST.

Desired Profile : Candidate with prior experience into Overseas/Offshore Recruitments willing to work on Third party payroll only apply.

Note : candidate will have a good exposure of Client interaction and salary negotiations.

Shift Type : Regular Day Shift

Job Location : Across India

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate
