- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good at basics of accounting and finance.
- Fresh B.Com, B.Sc , BA, BHM, MA & M.Com graduates (2015 batch only) with 60% plus marks throughout the academics.
- Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
- Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts.
- Good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word & MS-Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, should have an eye for detail.
For Laterals
- Good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel.
- Good decision making skills & analytical skills.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in back-office operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely good in service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
- Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts.
- Having payroll experience will be an add-on.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company.
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA / M.Tech / ME.
- Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience.
- Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months.
