- To manage the customer pre and post sales activities.
- Deliver high quality installation and commissioning of the audio-video & control system solutions. Deliver high service levels.
- Provide after sales support to the customer as per the BOSE standards
- Installation and commissioning of the systems
- Post installation maintainance and upkeep
- Rack Building for system integration
- Work on the circuit and connectivity diagrams
- Train the customer to operate the system
