Job Description :
- Analyze and Resolve field escalated defects under limited direction
- Write and review code as necessary to solve problems in the field
- Provide technical assistance to field and internal engineering as required
- Answer advanced questions about the behavior of the product
- Attend internal and customer conferences as necessary
- Independently handle design and implementation of fixes and minor features
- Work with Senior Engineers and Architects on major features.
- Provide feedback to development and design teams on lessons learned from product support.
