Responsibilities
- Problem Ticket response, resolution, escalation and follow-through till ticket closure. Ensuring response to issues reported by Incident Team within agreed service levels and business priorities
- Daily System monitoring to capture system performance, Db growth etc.
- Prepare & Publish daily System batch timing reports
- Week-end execution of purging jobs, data defragmentation by re-organizing data-sets
- Release deployment (code promotion) in various environments i.e. Production & UAT
- Timely escalations to seniors for quick incident resolution.
- Ensuring updation of Knowledge base documentation
- Appropriate action to be initiated for respective alerts / daily monitoring reports.
- Undertake activities to capture system utilization, DB growth pattern
- Undertake detailed study of System/Database health check reports.
- Dedicated support & monitoring during month-end/critical batches
Requirements
- Should have good knowledge in Oracle Database and Unix Operating System
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent. Job role in System Analyst or equivalent.
