- Trouble Ticket /Change Request handling as per SLA/WLA
- Customer Service Requests (CSR) handling (Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Corrective Maintenance) for the complex faults.
- Co-ordination with Design Unit – BSS
- Plan and design networks within a given framework and in accordance to contract specification. Participate in network / node optimization.

Experience
