Job Description

  • Responsible for operation of plant and achieving production targets, maintain process parameters & keep checks on quality.
  •  Responsible for handling plant emergencies
  •  To operate the plant at optimum conditions
  • To observe trends of process parameters & to take corrective actions for the deviations to maintain quality & production targets.
  • To maintain record, log books for the jobs carried out
  • To record process parameters on a regular basis
  • To work on the DCS panel and control all process parameters on the panel.
  • To ensure good housekeeping in his area.
  • To ensure maximum On Time of APC and real time controllers
  • To maintain record of bypass of trip and interlocks as per the procedures.
  • To communicate and co-ordinate with the executives in the field and other process units
  • To act in consultation with Shift Supdt for discharge of the functions as mentioned above.
