Job Description
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with SIP / H.323 / ISDN protocol
  • knowledge of Lead-managing Change Management  with stringent SLAs on basic of HCC platform components like Cisco CVP,and  CUCM, and ICM, VXML gateways
  • Co-coordinating with well knowlege of L3 Engineers for the further analysis of the Service Requests.
  • MS Exchange s000erver administration and Patch management
  • Microsoft SQL and  Administration
  • Relevant Cisco Certifications would be more preferred
