URGENTLY REQUIRED: Business Development Associate

Job Location:  Navi Mumbai (New Mumbai)

Job Description:  1) To sell our services to potential clients
2) To research new leads and follow up existing leads
3) To maximize sales time by targeting effectively the correct clients and companies
4) To work with the conference producer and marketing manager for optimum sales technique and marketing focus
5) To meet or exceed personal targets
6) To meet or exceed the call time rate

Functional Area:  Marketing & Product Management

Functional Role:  Business Development Executive

Candidate Requirement

Skills –
1) Must have fluency in written and spoken English
2) Must have fluency in spoken Hindi
3) Pleasing personality with good communication skills
4) Must be conversant with basic computer skills (MS-Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet, etc.)

Qualifications – Any with fluency in English and Hindi

Experience – up to 2 years. Freshers also can apply. However, they need to work as interns for six months. During the internship period, the candidates will receive the Incentive part only. Selected candidates will undergo a Probationary Period of six months

Working Hours – 5 Days a week (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM with 30 minutes lunch break).

Experience:  0 – 2 years

Qualification:  Any Certificate, Any Diploma, Any Professional, Any Graduate, Any Post Graduate Diploma, Any Post Graduate, Any M.Phil, Any Doctorate

Compensation Details

Salary:  1.20 Lakh to 1.80 inr
Basic Salary Rs. 10 to 15,000/- per month plus ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVES, which may vary from 10% to 50% of the services sold by the candidate
